心理治疗联合微波治疗对几种皮肤性病的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究心理治疗联合微波治疗对几种皮肤性病的治疗效果。方法以来我院就医的100例皮肤性病患者作为目标对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组50例患者应用微波治疗,试验组50例患者在微波治疗的基础上应用心理治疗,研究对比两组皮肤性病患者的临床疗效、焦虑评分、抑郁评分及生活质量评分。结果实验组50例患者的总有效率为80.00%,显著高于对照组(64.00%),(P<0.05);治疗后,两组皮肤性病患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分及生活质量评分均较治疗前有显著改善,(P<0.05),但实验组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分及生活质量评分显著优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论对皮肤性病患者采取心理治疗联合微波治疗,能显著改善患者的心理状况,提高其生活质量,促进病情恢复。Objective To explore the effect of psychotherapy eombined microware therapy on patients with skin and venereal diseases. Methods 100 eases of skin and venereal disease patients were selected and divided into control group and experimental group randomly, each grnup had 50 patients. The patients in eontrol group were treated with microwave, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with psychotherapy corabined microwave therapy, the clinical efficacy, anxiety score, depression score and qualily of life score were compared hetween the two groups. Results The effeetive percentage in the experimental group （ 80.00 % ） were signifieantly higher than that in the control group （ 64.00% ）（ P〈0.05 ） . The scores of anxiety, depression and quality of life in the experimental group were significanlly better than thnse in the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Psychotherapy combined microwave therapy can significantly improve the psychological slate of patients, improve their quality of life, and promote disease recovery.
