芪胶升白胶囊联合重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗宫颈癌化疗后骨髓抑制随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察芪胶升白胶囊联合重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗宫颈癌化疗后骨髓抑制疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表方法简单随机分为两组。对照组40例给予重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子,2~5μg/kg,1次/d,皮下或静注,化疗给药结束后用药。治疗组40例化疗开始前2d,给予芪胶升白胶囊饭后口服,2g/次,3次/d;重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、白细胞计数、不良反应。治疗1疗程(21d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效21例,有效16例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%;对照组显效12例,有效18例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。白细胞计数治疗组改善优于对照组。[结论]芪胶升白胶囊联合重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗宫颈癌化疗后骨髓抑制,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the effect of qijiao shengbai capsule combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor on bone marrow suppression of cervical cancer after chemotherapy. [Methods] Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method by random parallel control method. In the control group, 40 cases were treated with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, 2-5 p~ g/kg, 1 time/d, subcutaneous or intravenous injection. medicine after the chemotherapy drug delivery.The patients in the treatment group were given oral administration of Qijiao Shenghai capsule 2 g/time and 3 times/d,at 2 days before the start of chemotherapy. The recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor was treated with the same control group. Continuous treatment for 21 days for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, leukocyte count, adverse reactions. Treatment 1 course of treatment （21d）, to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group was 21 cases had marked effect, 16 cases effective, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 92.50%; the control group 12 cases had marked effect, 18 cases had effectively , 10 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 75.00%; the treatment group was better＇than the control group （P〈0.01）. Leukocyte count of the treatment group was better than the control group. [Conclusion] Curative effect of Qijiao Shenghai combined with recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor in the treatment of bone marrow suppression of cervical cancer after treatment is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
