摘　　要：肠易激综合征属"便秘""腹痛""泄泻""郁证"等范畴,病位在肠,病机是肝郁脾虚、脾胃虚弱和脾肾阳虚。脾胃虚弱,运化水湿功能受阻,湿热阻滞于肠发生泄泻、腹胀等;肝气郁结,脾胃功能受损,影响水湿运化,脾胃虚弱是发病根本,肝气郁滞为次;肾阳受损,脾阳无以温补亦可导致。辨证论治,分为肝脾不和(肝郁气滞-柴胡疏肝汤、脾虚肝旺-痛泻要方合四逆散)、脾胃虚弱-参苓白术散和七味白术散、脾肾阳虚-四神丸加温脾汤三种类型。Irritable bowel syndrome is constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea ＂melancholia＂ category, the incidence in intestines, pathogenesis is stagnation and spleen deficiency, spleen and stomach and spleen kidney Yang deficiency. The spleen and stomach, the transport of moisture is blocked, the heat block in the bowel diarrhea, abdominal distension; liver Qi depression. The function of the spleen and stomach, damaged, water wet, spleen and stomach is the basic pathogenesis of liver Qi stagnation, kidney damage, and for the times; no compensation to warm Spleen Yang also cause. Syndrome differentiation into liver spleen disharmony （liver Qi stagnation and spleen deficiency of liver-Chaihu Shugan decoction, Pixu Ganwang- Tongxiefang and Sini powder）, spleen stomach weak-Shenlingbaishu powder and seven kinds of powder, deficiency of spleen and Kidney Yang-warming spleen decoction Sishen pill of three types.
