中药治疗复发性口腔溃疡简况

摘　　要：复发性口腔溃疡因外感六淫、饮食不节、内伤七情、劳倦过度发病,临床表现灼痛感突出,且反复发作,久治不愈,影响正常的进食、言语、情绪,对患者生活造成了极大的困扰,中医药治疗重视整体辨证论治,注意局部与全身的有机联系,标本兼顾,根据疾病进展,把握病及变化,抓住症状主次,辨证论治、分期论治,三焦论治,经方治疗、经验方治疗,以及中医外治法,均取得显著疗效。Recurrent oral ulcer （ROU） is aetiological agent six evils, improper diet, internal injuries seven emotions and overfatigue. Clinical feature is burning sensation, repeatedly, obstinacy. And have affect normal feeding, speech and emotions. ROU is caused great problems For the patient life. Traditional chinese medicine treatment D-IBS based on according to the disease progression and primary and secondary symptoms of changes. TCM treatment mainly including based on syndrome differentiation, treatment in different stages, triple energizer treatment, classical prescription treatment, experience treatment and external treatment. TCM have obvious clinical curative effect to treatment ROU.
