螺旋CT诊断肺癌的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究螺旋CT诊断肺癌的临床应用价值。方法选取2014年2月到2016年10月期间我院收治的140例肺癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者经病理观察以及手术切片均确诊为肺癌患者。对所有患者均采用螺旋CT平扫和增强扫描检查方法,分析该种检查方法的临床应用效果。结果经螺旋CT检查肺癌确诊患者为137例,检查的准确率为97.86%。且经螺旋CT检查病理分型检查结果同手术病理得出的结果差异不明显,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论螺旋CT具有扫描速度快,病灶检出率较高,扫描时间较短,设备具有快速图像重建和图像后处理功能,螺旋CT诊断肺癌临床应用价值显著,检查准确率以及安全性均较高,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods One hundred and forty patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to October 2016 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were diagnosed as luiag cancer by pathological observation and surgical section. Spiral CT plain scan and enhanced scan were used in all patients to analyze the clinical applica- tion of this method. Results 137 cases were diagnosed by spiral CT, the accuracy of the examination was 97.86 %. There was no significant difference between the results obtained by spiral CT and histopathological ex- amination（P ~ 0.05）. Conclusion Spiral CT has the advantages of fast scanning speed, high detection rate, short scanning time, rapid image reconstruction and image post - processing. Spiral CT is valuable for clinical di- agnosis of lung cancer with high accuracy and safety. Worthy of promotion in clinical use.
