摘　　要：使人民群众在共建共享中有更多获得感,是树立和贯彻十八届五中全会提出"创新、协调、开放、绿色、共享"发展理念的出发点和落脚点。对这一时代化问题展开研究,让人民群众在为实现"中国梦"而奋斗的同时,得到更多的获得感,具有深远的现实意义。本文界定了人民群众获得感的内涵及维度,并提出了提升人民群众获得感的对策。Making the people in the construction and sharing have more sense of gain, is to establish and implement the Eighth Plenary Session of the ＂innovation, coordination, open,green, shared＂ development concept of the starting point and the foothold. It is of far-reaching practical significance to study the contemporary issue and let the masses of the people struggle to achieve ＂The Chinese Dream＂. This article defines the connotation and dimension of the people＇s sense of gain, and puts forward the suggestions to enhance the people＇s sense of empowering people from the aspects of strengthening ethical advocacy, improving public service,promoting reform and innovation, deepening legal regulation, perfecting support network, promoting social dialogue and focusing on performance management.
