情志顺势心理治疗对酒依赖者治疗依从性影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨情志顺势心理治疗对酒依赖患者住院态度和治疗依从性的影响。方法收治酒依赖男性患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例。两组患者均给予药物治疗及常规护理,研究组在此基础上接受情志顺势心理治疗8周,于第八周末对两组患者症状自评量表(SCL-90)及两组患者出院时和出院后第1、3、6、12个月依从性情况进行比较。结果治疗8周末研究组8SCL-90各因子分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);两组患者于出院时和出院后第1、3、6、12个月比较,研究组依从性得分高于对照组(P<0.05),但出院后第12个月依从性低于出院时(P<0.05);对照组出院后第1、3、6、12个月时依从性得分均低于出院时(P<0.05)。结论情志顺势心理治疗能降低酒依赖患者的饮酒渴求,提高患者治疗依从性,降低复发率。Objective To explore the emotional psychological homeopathic treatment of alcohol dependence influence attitudes and treatment of hospitalized patients with compliance. Methods 60 male patients with alcohol dependence were randomly divided into control group and study group, each with a total of 30 cases. Two groups of patients were given benzene, such as nitrogen and other drug treatment and routine care of two,the research group received emotional homeopathic psychotherapy for 8 weeks in the eighth week of two groups of patients with symptom checklist （SCL-90） and two patients discharged from the hospital and after first, 3, 6, 12 months of compliance were compared. Results The factor scores of SCL-90 of study group at the end of the 8 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.01）, two groups of patients in hospital discharge and after first, 3, 6 and 12 months, the compliance of study group were higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, but twelfth months after discharge compliance is lower than the discharge （P〈0.05）; the control group was after first, 3, 6 and 12 months compliance scores were lower than the discharge （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Emotional psychological homeopathic treatment can reduce alcohol craving of patients with alcohol dependence, improve the treatment compliance of patients, reduce the recurrence rate.
