摘　　要：目的了解ICU机械通气患者创伤后应激障碍现状,分析其影响因素,为制定相关干预策略提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、事件影响量表修订版、ICU机械通气患者重症监护体验量表对大连市某三甲医院ICU196例机械通气患者进行调查。结果ICU机械通气患者PTSD得分为(32.34±12.82)分,PTSD阳性率为45.41%,其PTSD得分最主要的影响因素为年龄、APACHE II评分、机械通气时间。结论ICU机械通气患者创伤后应激障碍症状明显,发生率较高,有关医护人员应制定相应策略进行干预,保障患者生命健康。Objective To investigate the present situation of post-traumatic stress disorder （ICU） in patients with mechanical ventilation, and to analyze the influencing factors, so as to provide the basis for making relevant intervention strategies. Methods 196 cases of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation in a Third Level I st Class hospital of Dalian were investigated by the general information questionnaire, the impact of event scale-revised, the intensive care experience with mechanical ventilation. Results The PTSD score of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation was （32.34±12.82） points, the positive rate of PTSD was 45.41%, and the most influential factors of PTSD score were age, APACHE II score, mechanical ventilation time. Conclusion The symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder of ICU patients with mechanical ventilation were obvious, and the incidence is higher, the relevant medical staff should develop appropriate strategies to intervene in order to protect the health of patients.
