摘　　要：目的通过收集晚癌患者破溃伤口的临床病例,归纳出具有特色的伤口护理方法。方法采集我科2016年1月至12月有恶性伤口晚癌患者,采集信息包括患者一般资料,伤口护理措施及症状改善情况。结果恶性肿瘤伤口经过专业化的伤口护理后,如渗出,疼痛等症状得到明显改善。结论结合肿瘤伤口的实际情况,采取针对性的护理措施能够有效地缓解伤口疼痛及症状,减轻患者的身心痛苦,提高生活质量。Objective By collecting the clinical cases of patients with rupture of the late cancer patients, we summarized the characteristics of wound care methods.Methods From January 2016 to December, we collected the patients with malignant tumor of the wound, including the general information of the patients, the wound care measures and the improvement of symptoms.Results After the specialized wound care, the wound of malignant tumor was obviously improved.Conclusion Combined with the actual situation of the tumor wound, targeted nursing measures can effectively relieve the pain and symptoms of the wound, reduce the physical and mental pain, improve the quality of life.
