摘　　要：儿童心理卫生问题越来越受到学者和广大妇幼保健工作者的重视,其具有发病隐匿,表现不典型,危害深远等特点,其影响因素主要有遗传、孕期与围生期因素、家庭环境、社会和学习因素等。目前中国各地学龄前儿童心理行为问题的检出率在6%~26%。本文围绕儿童心理行为问题现状、影响因素进行综述,为妇幼保健工作者开展儿童心理行为问题防治工作提供参考。Maternal and children heahh care workers paid more attention on children mental health problem recently, which has the eharacteristics of atypical and damaged profoundly, and the influencing factors contained inheritance, pregnancy and perinatal period ,family environment, society and study factor, sand so on. At present, the positive rate of metal and behavior problems among preschool children was 6% to 26%. The study will review the status of children mental health problems and influencing factors, in order to provide reference for maternal and children health care preventing.
