贲门癌患者外周血CK-20mRNA基因表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨贲门癌早期转移的生物标记物CK 2 0mRNA基因表达及其临床意义。方法　应用巢式逆转录多聚酶链反应 (RT PCR)法检测 2 9例贲门癌患者外周血CK 2 0mRNA的表达情况。结果　 2 9例贲门癌患者中12例外周血CK 2 0mRNA表达阳性 ,按UICC国际TNM标准分期外周血CK 2 0mRNA的表达率分别为 :Ⅰ期 0 /5 ,Ⅱ期 2 / 10 ,Ⅲ期 8/ 12 ,Ⅳ期 2 / 2。结论　贲门癌患者外周血CK 2 0mRNA阳性表达可作为贲门癌血行转移的分子指标之一 。Objective: To study CK 20mRNA expression and its clinical significance of early dignosis and metastasis in peripheral blood from patients with carcinomas of the cardia Methods: A sensitive RT PCR was used to detect the expression of CK 20mRNA in 29 patients with carcinomas of the cardia Results: CK 20mRNA was positive in the peripheral blood in 12(41 38%) of the 29 cases of carcinomas of the cardia According to TNM stage the positive rates of CK 20mRNA in peripheral blood were 0/8(Ⅰ)?2/7(Ⅱ)?8/12(Ⅲ)?2/2(Ⅳ),respectively Conclusion:The expression of CK 20mRNA in peripheral blood is related with TNM stage and is a biological marker of blood metastasis in peripheral blood from patients with cardic carcinoma
