柴芍承气汤联合丹红治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果评价

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药柴芍承气汤联合活血化瘀药物丹红注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)的临床疗效。[方法]将80例SAP患者分为对照组(n=40)和治疗组(n=40)。对照组给予单纯常规治疗,如:抑制胰腺分泌,降低胰管内压,减少胰液外渗,抗感染;治疗组在常规治疗的同时加用中药柴芍承气汤和丹红注射液。观察2组患者腹痛缓解、消失时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间以及住院时间和临床总有效率。[结果]治疗组患者腹痛缓解、消失时间以及血淀粉酶恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),且临床总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药柴芍承气汤联合丹红治疗可以显著的改善SAP患者各项临床观察指标,缩短住院时间,提高临床疗效。[Objective]To observe the effect of Chaishao Chengqi decoction combined with Huoxue Hua- yu drugs Danhong injection（Danhong）on the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis（severe acute,pancreati- tis, SAP）the clinical curative effect. [Methods]Eighty patients were divided into control group（n =40）and traditional Chinese medicine combined with Danhong treatment group（n=40）. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,including inhibition of pancreatic secretion, reducing pancreatic duct pressure, reducing pancreatic leakage, anti-infection. The patients in combined treatment group were treated with the conventional treatment plus Chaishao Chengqi decoction and Danhong. [Results]The time of abdominal pain,the elevating time of blood amylase, the time of hospitalization and the total effec- tive rate were observed, the treatment group of Chinese medicine combined with Danhong were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0. 05） ,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Chaishao Chengqi decoction Combined with Danhong treatment can significantly improve the clinical indicators, shorten the hospitalization time, improve the clinical efficacy.
