摘　　要：为使地方院校培养的应用型人才适应经济社会转型发展的需要,吉林化工学院对应用型人才培养模式进行了探索研究与实践。通过对具有行业背景与特色鲜明的专业进行转型发展;办学定位于为区域经济服务,突出应用性和实践性;加强青年教师工程实践教学能力等实现本科教育与区域社会经济的协调发展。Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology explored and implemented training mode of applied talents in order to meet the needs of the economic and social development.＂The school realizes the balanced development of undergraduate education and regional economy through transformation of the majors with the industry background and distinctive features; locating the education in serving for the regional economy,highlighting the application and practice; strengthening the young teachers’practice teaching ability of and so on.
