摘  要:化工分离工程的计算涉及到数学模型复杂、求解困难且计算量大等特点。手工计算会导致结果精确度低;计算机程序设计语言变成求解,程序繁杂冗长,且对编程能力有较高要求。针对上述情况,本文以2个典型计算为例,展现ChemCAD解决化工分离工程中复杂计算问题的优势。引入ChemCAD软件作为化工分离工程教学辅助工具,提高了学生学习积极性和化工分离工程教学效果。The complex mathematical models are usually involved in the calculation of chemical separation engineering,which can lead to low accuracy of calculation results by manual calculating,which needs a large amount of calculation and is difficult to be solved by using traditional program language.In view of the above situation,this paper introduces the practical application of two typical calculations, and shows the advantages of using ChemCAD to solve the complex problems in chemical separation engineering.The results showed that the application of ChemCAD in the teaching of chemical separation engineering could enhance students’enthusiasm and improve teaching effect.
