摘  要:实践教学体系的构建与有效运行在应用型人才培养中处于核心地位。石家庄学院市场营销专业的人才培养方案,根据职业能力要求设计相应实践环节,并且将实践教学内容与专业理论核心课程紧密结合,创造性地建立起"递进式四阶段"实践教学体系,在明晰教学目标的前提下,完善了实践教学内容,健全了实践教学环节保障措施,丰富了实践教学形式,改进了实践教学的评价方法。Practical teaching occupies the core position in the cultivation of applied talents; the con-struction and operation of the practical teaching system play an important role in the cultivation of the ap-plied talents. The marketing talent training program of Shijiazhuang University designs marketing practical activities according to professional competence, combining the practice teaching with the core professional theory. A practice teaching system of "Progressive Four-stage" is creatively established. It clarifies teaching objectives, perfects the content of practical teaching, improves the practice of teaching security measures, enriches the practical teaching form, thereby improving the evaluation of practical teaching methods.
