基于公司治理评价体系的我国高校内部治理评价体系构建探索

摘　　要：高校内部治理评价体系的构建对完善我国高校内部治理结构、建设现代大学制度有着积极的促进作用。国内外著名的公司治理评价体系比较完善,可以为我国高校内部治理评价体系的构建带来一定启示。在构建高校内部治理评价体系时,应综合考虑相关法律法规及政策文件,把握我国高校内部治理方向;借鉴国内外公司治理评价体系时,充分结合我国高校内部治理实情;抓住关键问题,解决高校内部治理主要矛盾,积极推动"党委领导、校长负责、教授治学、民主管理"的高校内部治理结构的不断完善和发展。The construction of the internal governance evaluation system in university has a positive effect on improving the in-ternal governance structure and building a modern university system. The well-known corporate governance evaluation system at home and abroad is perfect, which can bring some enlightenment to the construction of internal governance evaluation system in Chinese u-niversities. In the construction of the internal governance evaluation system of university, this paper proposes to consider the relevant laws, regulations and policy documents, grasp the internal governance direction of our university and draw lessons from the domestic and foreign corporate governance evaluation system based on situation of the internal governance of our university. In addition, key issues should be focused and the main contradictions in the internal governance of universities should be solved to actively promote the improvement and development of internal governance structure with ＂party leadership, principals responsible, professorship, and democratic management＂.
