摘　　要：低值易耗品管理是实验室管理中重要的组成部分,如若管理不善将导致经费流失和滋生腐败。围绕低值易耗品的定义分类、管理中存在的问题及应对措施,逐一进行分析和探讨,提出供应商遴选加强竞争降低低值易耗品价格,配合"专人专岗+信息化"的理念,使整个采购过程科学化规范化,杜绝腐败滋生。Low-value consumables management is an important part of laboratory management, and its mismanagement will lead to the loss of funds and corruption. This paper discusses the definition and classification of cc, and analyzes the problems of man-agement and their countermeasures, proposing to select the suppliers to strengthen competition and reduce the cost of low-value con-sumables. At the same time, the concept of ＂targeted post with appointed person ＋ information technology＂ is proposed to regulate the process of good purchasing and stem the root of corruption.
