摘  要:为解决当前等效燃油消耗最低策略实时性差的问题,寻求一种近似ECMS的规则控制策略,建立ECMS控制模型,分析等效因子、等效油耗和分配转矩之间的关系,获取ECMS策略下转矩分配的定性规律。基于此规律提出一种基于分段线性SOC反馈的自适应规则策略,并在自定义循环工况下对提出的自适应规则控制策略与传统控制策略进行仿真对比,结果表明:提出的控制策略具有良好的SOC控制能力,与传统规则策略比较,燃油消耗降低了16.37%。搭建硬件在环试验系统,对自适应规则能量管理控制策略进行试验验证,结果表明:所提出的控制策略具有较好的实时性、稳定性和准确性,可应用于实车控制。In order to seek an approximate equivalent consumption minimum strategy (ECMS) in view of the poor real-time performance of existing ECMS, an ECMS control model is established, and the relationships a-mong the equivalent factor, equivalent fuel consumption and torque distribution are analyzed,with the qualitative law of torque distribution under ECMS obtained. On the basis of the law,an adaptive rule strategy based on piece-wise linear SOC feedback is proposed and a comparative simulation is conducted on the proposed adaptive rule con-trol strategy and traditional control strategy under the self-defined driving cycle. The results show that the control strategy proposed has a good ability of SOC control,with a fuel consumption being 16. 37% less than that of tradi-tional strategy. Moreover,a hardware- in- the-loop test is also performed to verify the adaptive rule control strategy with a result indicating that the proposed control strategy has good real-time performance, stability and accuracy, applicable for real vehicle control.
