摘  要:以馆员知识转移为研究对象,通过与馆员进行深度访谈,了解他们对知识转移的态度和相应行为及其所产生的不同结果。由于馆员的利益与行为模式存在着不同程度的差异,对知识转移质量与读者需求的匹配度有负面影响。本文证实了布迪厄"知识转移体现理解知识或经验的价值"的观点,并对布莱克勒知识的5种分类类型在知识转移实践应用中的关系进行进一步的分析和解读。研究证明,5种类型知识在知识转移过程中经常会出现知识边界的模糊和重叠。this paper, by the librarian knowledge transfer as the research object and through in-depth interviewswith librarians, understands their attitude and behavior of knowledge transfer and producing differentresults. Due to the differences of the pattern of interests and behavior of librarians, it has a negative effect toreaders demand for knowledge transfer quality matching degree, hence confirms viewpoint of Bourdieu’s "tounderstand knowledge or experience value", and a new understanding the viewpoint for the Blackler’s five typesof knowledge transfer relationship of practice application at the same time,. This research shows that the fivetypes of knowledge in knowledge transfer In the process of moving, the knowledge boundary is often blurredand overlapped.
