转移因子治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的短期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察转移因子口服液治疗轻型复发性阿弗它溃疡的短期疗效。方法 :复发性阿弗它溃疡患者 6 2例 ,随机分组 ,服药 3个月 ,随访 6个月 ,记录总间歇时间及总溃疡数目。结果 :转移因子组治疗后总间歇时间较治疗前延长 ,总溃疡数减少 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。TF组总有效率为 76 .47% ,高于对照组 32 .14% ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论Objective:Short term efficacy of transfer factors on recurrent aphthous ulceration(minor).Methods:62 RAU patients were grouped randomly, treated for 3 months and recalled monthly for 6 months. The total number of ulcers occurred during observation period and the total days of remission were recorded.Results:In TF group, the remission time was longer than it before treatment (P<0.01), and the total number of ulcers was fewer than before treatment (P<0.01);but both the remission time and the number of ulcers in controls did not change significantly(P>0.05).The efficacy rate in TF group is 76.47%, higher than in controls (P<0.01).Conclusions:TF shows a good short term efficacy on RAU in this study.
