头皮多发性疣状角化不良瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,30岁。头皮丘疹1年余。皮肤科情况:上头皮可见约十余个皮色丘疹,呈圆形或类圆形,大小约0.1cm^0.6cm不等。质地稍硬,表面略粗糙,中央见一脐形凹陷,内有淡黄色角质物质。皮损组织病理:镜下可见一扩张毛囊,表皮呈杯状凹陷,扩张毛囊内可见角质样物质,其下方可见圆体和谷粒,表皮棘层松解,局部形成假性绒毛。结合临床及病理检查诊断为多发性疣状角化不良瘤。A 30-years-old male presented with papule on his scalp for more than 1 years. Dermatology examination showed approximately 10 skin colored,rounded and elliptic papules varied in size between 0.1-0.6cm on scalp. The texture was hardish, the surface was rough and central sunken, yellow keratotic plugs can be seen. The skin histpathological examination showed dilatation of hair follicle and epidermal cup-shaped invagination and luminal keratin plugs, a few corps ronds and grains were observed. Focal acantholysis with villous formation. The papules diagnosed clinically and histopathologically as warty dyskeratoma.
