摘　　要：患者男,36岁。手足角化过度30年,组织病理检查示:表皮显著角化过度,灶性角化不全。颗粒层增生,棘层肥厚,表皮不规则延伸,真皮浅层小血管扩张,周围少许淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:掌跖角皮症;寻常型鱼鳞病。A 36-year-old men with extremities for 30 years. Histopathologic examination showed that the epidermis was significantly angular and the focal Angle was not complete. The granular layer hyperplasia, the stratum hypertrophy, the epidermis of the epidermis, the small blood vessels in the dermis, and the peripheral lymphocyte infiltrate.
