试论高校体育公共课教学质量保障体系的模型建构——基于同济大学个案的研究

摘　　要：体育教育是普通高校教育的重要组成部分,公共体育关系着高校所培养人才身心素质的质量。通过梳理教育质量保障相关理论及应用趋势,分析我国高校体育教学质量管理的现状,采用案例研究法,以同济大学"全方位、循环式、项目制"的体育教学质量保障体系为样本,深入探讨其体系的架构、内容、运行及特点。从理论基础、组织及机制保障、内容的构成模块、核心理念方面对我国高校体育公共课教学质保体系模型的构建提出了建议。The physical education （PE） plays an important role in college education, and public FE affects college student physical and mental quality. This paper clarified the basic logic and trends of education quality guaranteeing theories and analyzed the current situation of college PE teaching in China. With the case study method, it took the Circulating, All-round, Project Module PE education quality guaranteeing system in Tongji University as a sample case, discussed the construction, contents, implementation and characteristics, and put forward suggestions for college PE teaching quality guaranteeing system construction in aspects of theories, institutional mechanism, modules and core ideas.
