广西省某重点中学学生健康体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西省某重点中学学生的健康状况,为开展学生常见病防治工作提供依据。方法选取广西省某中学2013-2015年所有在校学生作为研究对象,进行健康体检,并对体检资料进行统计分析。结果研究对象视力不良检出率为83.82%,超质量检出率为14.40%,肥胖检出率为7.93%,营养不良检出率为6.03%。不同学段研究对象超质量及营养不良检出率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而视力不良及肥胖检出率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男生视力不良检出率低于女生,而超质量、肥胖及营养不良检出率均高于女生,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论广西省某重点中学学生视力不良情况凸显,营养状况仍待改善。学校应尽快采取多种方式开展学生视力不良、超质量、肥胖及营养不良的防治工作,以减缓学生视力不良、超质量及肥胖的发展趋势,降低学生营养不良发病率。Objective To study the health status of students from key middle school in Guangxi province and provide basis for common diseases prevention and control work among students. Methods All the students of this middle school from Guangxi province during 2013-2015 were selected as research objects and after physi cal examination their data was analyzed statistically. Results The detection rate of poor sight of objects was 83.82%, and rate of overweight was 14.40%, and the detection rates of obesity and malnutrition were 7.93 % and 6.03% separately. There was no significant difference between each grade in rate of overweight or malnutrition（P〈0.05）, while the difference between rate of poor sight and obesity was statistically significant （P〈 0.01）. The detection rate of poor sight in male students was lower than that of female students, however, the rates of overweight, obesity and malnutrition among male students were higher than female students, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The problems of eyesight in the key middles school is serious and their nutrition status needs to be improved. The school should take measures to prevent and control the poor sight, overweight, obesity and malnutrition to change the current situation and reduce morbidity of malnutrition among students.
