摘  要:通过异养硝化培养基富集,从活性污泥中筛选出一株高效的异养硝化菌,通过形态观察、生理生化特征及16S r DNA序列分析鉴定为不动杆菌(Acinetobacter.sp),命名为YN3。通过单因子实验和正交实验对其异养硝化和好氧反硝化特性进行研究,得出菌株YN3硝化作用的最适条件为:碳源为柠檬酸钠、C/N为15,pH为7.0、温度为30℃、转速为200 r·min^(-1),此时氨氮去除率为99.3%,其中37.8%的氮被转化成气体产物而去除,剩余部分氮转化为细胞生物量。菌株YN3能够利用亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐进行生长代谢,去除率分别为100%和80.61%。说明菌株YN3具有很强的异养硝化和好氧反硝化特性,能够独立快速高效地完成异养硝化和好氧反硝化脱氮过程,具有潜在的实际废水应用价值。An efficient heterotrophic nitrification bacteria species was isolated from activated sludge through en- richment and cultured with a heterotrophic nitrification medium. The bacteria was identified as Acinetobacter sp. by morphological, physiological, and biochemical characteristics, as well as 16S rDNA sequence analysis. This strain was named Acinetobacter sp. YN3. Single-factor and orthogonal experiments showed that efficient hetero- trophic nitrification of strain YN3 occurred with sodium citrate as the carbon source, a C/N ratio of 15, pH of 7.0, temperature of 30 ℃ , and a rotating speed of 200 r · min^- 1. When initial ammonia was 300 mg · L^-1 , the ammonia removal efficiency reached 99.3% , of which 37.8% was converted to gas and escaped to air, and the rest was fixed to cell biomass. Using nitrite and nitrate as a nitrogen source, the nitrogen degradation ratios were 100% and 80.6% , respectively. It was indicated that strain YN3 could remove nitrogen through heterotrophic ni- trification-aerobic denitrification quickly and effectively. This strain therefore has good potential for use in waste water treatment.
