摘　　要：本研究对上海市化妆品生产企业的质量体系现状进行了调研,归纳了车间布局、人员、质量管理、生产管理等方面存在的问题,进行了原因剖析,并从强化化妆品监管能力建设、探索化妆品分级分类监管模式、积极发挥行业协会的作用及社会共治等方面提出了相应的监管对策建议。The status of the quality system for cosmetics production enterprises in Shanghai was investigated and the problems existed in such aspects as workshop layout, personnel, quality and production management and so on were summarized and analyzed. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for supervision were proposed based on the consideration of strengthening the ability construction of supervision, exploring the supervision mode for gradation and classification of cosmetics, playing an active role in social co-governance and industry association.
