摘　　要：创新型企业是国家技术创新引导工程的重要载体,是创新型国家建设的重要支撑和保障。然而,创新型企业经营过程面对各类风险,其对创新型企业建设造成重大的负面影响。基于此,文章从战略风险识别、战略风险评价、战略风险决策和战略风险预警四个方面对创新型企业经营过程战略风险决策进行文献综述,总结当前的研究现状,提出未来的研究展望,以期为我国创新型企业战略风险管理提供理论依据和政策参考。Innovative enterprises are an important carrier of the national technology innovation project, and also an important support and guarantee for the construction of an innovative country. However, innovative enterprises are faced with all types of risks in their operation, which have significant negative impacts on the construction of innovative enterprises. Based on this, this paper reviews strategic risk decision-making in the business process of innovative enterprises from four aspects： strategic risk identification, strategic risk evaluation, strategic risk decision-making and strategic risk warning. The paper sums up the current research of strategic risk and proposes future research prospects in order to provide a theoretical basis and policy reference for strategic risk management of innovative enterprises in China.
