话语基调视角下的外宣话语人际意义研究

摘　　要：外宣话语是一张闪亮的国家名片。国家新政策、军事的新举措、经济的发展趋势、文化的传承、教育的进步等元素均为外宣话语的形成增姿添彩。瞬息万变的社会语境为外宣话语的发展推波助澜,外宣话语的意义也由此变得丰盈。本文立足于系统功能语言学的语域理论和话语基调视角,以近五年来《政府工作报告》(2013—2017年)为研究语料,讨论话语基调各要素对外宣话语的谋篇布局和发展所起的作用。结果表明,这些话语资源的时代气息和政策指向性是打开对话匣子的关键,通过针对不同的受众构建角色关系并调整对话空间、因应话题的差异倾注不同的情感并调节社会距离,从而有效地构建话语的人际意义。Discourse of global communication is a name card of a country. Various factors contribute to the development of discourse of global communication, such as the new policies, new measures in military, economic development, cultural inheritance and education advancement, etc. The fast changing social context provides a platform for the ever-fast development of the discourse of global communication, whose meanings become richer and richer. This article draws on the Register Theory and the latest theoret- ical development of Tenor within the framework of Systemic Functional Linguistics to analyze the language resources from Government Report （2013-2017 ） and discusses how different elements of Tenor have their effect on construing the discourse and social relation- ship. The result shows that timely and policy-oriented language resources are crucial to the matter of opening up dialogues. The dis- course constructs interpersonal meanings effectively through making different role relations with different participants and adjusting the dialogic space, involving different degree of feelings according to difference of topics and the adjustment of social distance, etc.
