《瑜珈与生活》教学实践对思政课教学的启示

摘  要:提高教育质量,贯彻"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念已经成为当前高校教育教学工作的新使命与新挑战。基于这一背景及调查分析,本文尝试以《瑜珈与生活》这门新课程的教学实践为切入点,探索增强高校思想政治教育实效性的途径:通过树立多学科融合的教学理念,提升人才培养质量;展现个性化教学方式,构建新型师生关系;重视体验式教学过程,重构合作性学习模式;构建多元化评价体系,促进多样化学习成果,从而促进教育生态平衡。Improving the quality of education, implementing five development concept of "Innovation, Coordination, Green, Open, Sharing" has become the new mission and new challenges of the current university education and teaching work. Basing on this background and investigation, this paper tries to explore the ways to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political educa- tion in colleges and universities through the teaching practice of new course "Yoga and Life" as the breakthrough point : establishing the muhi-disciplinary integration teaching idea to improve the quality of personnel training ; showing personalized teaching methods to build a new relationship between teachers and students ; emphasizing on experiential teaching process, reconstructing of cooperative learning model ; building a diversified evaluation system to promote diversified learning outcomes, so as to promote balance of educa- tional ecology.
