中国高校集成电路布图设计的现状分析

摘　　要：对中国高校的集成电路布图设计登记量进行了统计与分析,总结了存在的问题,并提出了促进高校开展集成电路布图设计研究的建议。This paper collected and analyzed the registrations of layout design of integrated circuit in China＇ s universities, and summarized the existing problems, and propounded the suggestions to promote the research of layout design of integrated circuit in China＇ s universities in the future.
