摘　　要：从科研数据集中管理的意义及研究现状出发,阐述国内地方性高校科研数据集中管理的规划及服务系统应有的基本功能:安全认证功能,数据提交与长期保存功能,对元数据进行审核、分类、标引、入库、发布与展示等的管理功能,数据获取及信息服务功能,科研数据统计与分析功能。Viewing from the significance and status of the centralized management of research data, this paper expounded the research data planning of centralized management in local universities, and the basic functions of data service system including security authentication, data submission and long-term storage, metadata review, classification, indexing, storage, post and display management, data acquisition and information service, research data statistical analysis.
