摘　　要：高校科技成果转化受诸多因素的影响,转化率一直不高,缺少一种行之有效的转化手段。知识产权托管作为一种新兴的服务模式,其完善的功能能够克服高校科技成果转化的制约因素。高校可以根据自身实际情况,选择合适的托管机构,明晰高校科技成果知识产权托管主体的权利义务关系,合理运用托管方式,明确托管内容,规范托管程序,创建一种适合高校的知识产权托管策略,推动科技成果转化。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is affected by many factors. The conversion rate is not high enough and there are no efficient means to put theories into practices. As a new service mode, the intellectual property commission management, with its perfect function, could overcome the factors restricting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges. Colleges can choose the appropriate management mentor according to their actual situation, clear the relationship between rights and duties of the intellectual property commission management, choose reasonably mode and content, regulate its procedures, and create a commission management strategy of intellectual property rights which could be managed by colleges effectively.
