摘 要:World SID假人由于其较高的仿真度,被越来越多的NCAP机构选用,代替以往的ES-2侧碰假人。我国2018版C-NCAP也确定使用WorldSID假人进行侧碰试验。WorldSID假人与ES-2假人在外形、构造、传感器以及动力学响应等方面均存在显著差异,因此基于两种假人的伤害值优化方法也会存在一定的差异。本文以某车型为研究目标,建立仿真模型,对WorldSID假人胸部伤害的优化方法进行研究。结果表明:提前点火时间对假人胸部伤害值的影响较小,加强门槛及B柱材料强度、调整侧气囊气孔大小以及控制扶手凸出量是有效的伤害值优化方法。Due tothe high simulation degree, WorldSID dummy has been chosen by more and more NCAP organizations to replace the ES-2 dummy. The 2018 edition of C-NCAP also determinedto use WorldSID dummy for side impact tests. There are significant differences in shape, structure, sensor and dynamic response between WorldSID dummy and ES-2 dummy, so the injury optimization methodbased on there two dummies would also be different. A car was chosen as the research object in this paper, and the optimization method of WorldSID dummy chest injury was studied by simulation. The results showed that the effect of ignition time on the chest injury wassmall, and the effective method was strengthening the threshold and the B pillar material, adjusting the size of the side airbag hole and controlling the amount of handrails protruding.
