摘 要:农村教育,是农村地区面向区域内多种人群传递普遍性与地域性的生产和生活经验,传承人类文明和乡村文化,促进农村社会转型和农村地区多种产业协调发展,培养具备现代生产生活能力和持续学习能力之人的社会活动。我国农村教育具有乡村性、多样性、多元性和自治性四个特征,其发展模式主要为人口流动型、政府主导型、文化内生型和产业聚集型四种类型。未来,农村教育规模及结构的发展趋势将呈现为:2030年前教育城镇化速度进一步加快,2025年城乡教育进入均衡发展时期,2030年我国将出现"教育逆城镇化现象"。Rural education is the social activities to pass on the general and regional production experiences and life experiences to various people in rural areas.It also advances the inheritance of human civilization and rural culture.It promotes rural social transformation and a coordinated development of rural industries,and also cultivates the modern production ability,life ability and continuous learning ability.In China,rural education has four characteristics of village-centered,variety-diversified,multi-factored and self-managed.The development mainly results from the flow of population,the leading of government,the endogeny of culture,and the agglomeration of industries.The future development trend of the rural education will be different in scales and the structures:before 2030,the pace of urbanization will be further accelerated;by 2025,the development of rural and urban education will be balanced;after2030,China will face a"counter-urbanization education phenomenon".
