摘　　要：以中国科技管理组织结构为研究对象,通过梳理从新中国成立至今各个阶段的中国科技管理组织结构,研究不同科技管理组织结构中的上下级关系、科技管理部门科技管理工作、科技资源分配的职能。研究发现中国的科技管理组织结构经历了一个由简到繁,由少数部门到多数部门,由少层次到多层次的发展过程,当前科技管理部门对科技管理、科技资源分配等工作既有统筹,又有分工。最后,总结出中国科技管理组织结构的特点,并对科技管理体制后续改革提出政策建议。This paper took organization structure of Chinese scientific and technological management as research object. Through arran- ging the organization structure at different stages since the founding of new China, it studied the supervisor-subordinate relationship, scientific and technological management work and resource allocation functions of the departments. The results showed that organization structure of Chinese scientific and technological management experienced a process from simple to complex, from few departments to most departments, and from few levels to multiple levels. The present work of the scientific and technological management and resource allocation is not only overall planned but also has divisions. In the end, the paper summarized the characteristics of organization struc- ture of Chinese scientific and technological management, and put forward policy advices.
