摘 要:目的种植体表面在水平边缘骨的宏观和微观结构的比较分析。方法手术采用的种植系统是Ankylos(Friadent GmbH,Mannheim,Germany,18枚),CDIC(四川大学口腔种植科技中心,China,22枚)和Osstem(Warantec,Seoul,Korea,21枚)种植系统。种植方法采用的是非嵌入式种植一期手术,不用行引导骨再生术。种植手术后按时间段(3,6个月)影像学观察。结果 Ankylos种植系统2个时间段都出现稍微的骨吸收量有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Osstem种植系统(0.17±0.14mm)组显示骨吸收量最低,此后CDIC(0.69±0.19mm)与Ankylos种植系统组(1.05±0.24mm)3个月时间段组骨吸收量显著的减少,但3~6个月时间段组骨吸收量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3个种植系统组在上、下颌植入部位的边缘骨吸收量无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同颈部设计的种植体边缘骨吸收量具有显著性差异,宏观表面结构种植体系统比精密颈部与微观表面结构的种植系统边缘骨吸收更稳定。Objective To evaluate the influence of macrostructure and microstructure of implant surface on the marginal bone level. Methods The implantation system were Ankylos { Friadent Gmbrl, Mannheim, Germany, 18 ), CDIC ( Sichuan University Oral Planting Technology Center, China, 22 ) and Osstem ( Warantec, Seoul, korea, 21 ). The implantation method was performed using a non-embedded implantation procedure without the need for guided skins. The imaging of implant was observed 3 and 6 months after surgery. Results Tere was a significant difference in bone resorption between the two time periods in the Ankylos implant systern (P〈0.05). Osperem implant system (0.17±0.14 mm) showed the lowest bone resorption,and the bone resorption signifcantly decreased in CDIC (0.69±0.19 mm) and Ankylos implant system (1.05±0.24 ram) 3 months after sur- gery,hut there was no significant difference 6 months after surgery (P〉0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the amount of bone level of upper and lower jaws in each system(P〉0.05). Conclusion There are significant differences in the bone resorption of the implant in different neck designs. The resorption of edge bone in the macroscopic surface structure implant was more stable than that in the implant system with precision neck and microstructure.
