高校党风廉政建设责任制执行现状、问题与对策研究——以江苏部分高校为例

摘　　要：笔者所调研的江苏部分高校,党风廉政建设责任制执行情况总体良好,但还存在思想认识不到位、制度执行实施不力、缺乏有效的权力运行监督机制、考核评价体系不够完善、考评结果运用不够、责任追究不够规范等问题。为此,一要强化教育引领;二要明确具体责任;三要加强反腐败立法。According to the author's investigation on the implementation of the responsibility system of some colleges and universities in Jiangsu province,the implementation of the responsibility system of building an honest and clean government is generally good,but there are still various problems,such as the lack of ideology,lack of effective power to run the supervision mechanism,the evaluation system is not perfect,the evaluation results are not fully exerted,responsibility determination is not standardized,etc.To this end,it is needed to strengthen the leading role of education,clear the specific responsibility,and strengthen anti-corruption legislation.
