摘 要:本文以某电站PG9351FA型燃气轮机及其DLN2.0+燃烧系统作为研究对象,进行NO_x排放特性调整试验。以现场试验数据与机组运行参数为基础,引入基于最小二乘支持向量机算法的燃气轮机NO_x排放特性模型,同时借助于计算机仿真科技,在IPSEpro仿真软件平台搭建了燃气轮机热力性能仿真模型,并将两者有机结合,进行变工况NO_x排放特性仿真计算与分析。通过模型计算值与试验实测值之间的相对误差分析来验证模型的可靠性,使该模型能够在今后的现场燃烧调整试验环节,在不产生真实NO_x排放的情况下,通过模型输入量的变化,即可预判出NO_x排放特性。This thesis will focus on the N0S emissions of single shaft gas turbine equipped with DLN2. 0 + combustion system used in the power station. We finished the tuning tests on site to obtain the N0S emissions data and operation parameters. Based on N0S emis-sions test data and operation parameters, a prediction model suitable for the NOs emissions is carried out with Least Square Support Vector Machine and a mathematical model suitable for the gas turbine performance is carried out with the software of IPSEpro as well. The simulation results reflect correctly the rule of the NOs emissions, so it can be concluded that the comprehensive model results have proved its applicability and practicability. Finally, the simulation experiments under a series of conditions are conducted. Thus the model which is designed in the thesis can predict the NOs emissions in different conditions without any NOs produced.
