近十年中国公民精神海外研究评述

摘　　要：公民精神具有公民主体性和公共性两个特性,海外学者关于中国公民精神的研究,是中国公民精神整个研究中的重要构成部分。海外学者通过研究发现:中国市场经济以及城市化的发展,为中国公民和公民精神的塑造提供了必要条件;儒家思想尽管与现代文化之间有些格格不入,但是其对现代公民精神在中国的发展并不是绝无裨益的;在教育学、社会学和政治学领域中,中国公民精神呈现出逐步成长的趋势;国家主导下的中国公民法律权利和社会权利发展较快,而政治权利发展滞后,表现出与西方经典公民理论不同的特点;中国公民精神的未来走向,是扩大公民政治权利和培养世界公民意识。但是,海外研究存在着否定中国政治制度等问题。Civil spirit is characterized by subjectivity and publicity. The overseas study of the civil spirit of China is important component of the whole study of the civil spirit of China. It is found that the progress of market economy and urbanization in China is the necessary condition for the creation of civil spirit. Although, Confucian thought is irreconcilable with modern culture. It is still beneficial to the progress of civil spirit in China. The civil spirit of China witnessed a gradual increase in the filed of pedagogy,sociology and politics. The Chinese citizens' legal rights and social rights dominated by the state sector develop rapidly.However,the political rights lag behind,which is different from the classical theory of western citizenship. The future trend of the civil spirit of China is to expand political rights and develop the consciousness of citizenship of the world.However, there exist the problems of denying China's political system in the overseas studies.
