伊立替康及顺铂联合化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌临床中的应用效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究伊立替康及顺铂联合化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌效果及安全性。方法:选取某院80例宫颈癌平均分组研究,参照组予以顺铂常规化疗,观察组予以伊立替康联合顺铂化疗,对比两组治疗后数据。结果:观察组总有效率为高于参照组,治疗后肿瘤直径及QOL评分均优于参照组,P<0.05;观察组药物不良反应率与参照组相当,P>0.05。结论:伊立替康及顺铂联合化疗在局部晚期宫颈癌疗效佳,安全性较高,可推广应用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of irinotecan and cisplatin combined with chemotherapy in locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods：80 cases of cervical cancer were divided into two groups with equal number in each group.The control group was treated with cisplatin.The observation group was treated with irinotecan and cisplatin.The data of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the tumor diameter and QOL score of the observation group were better than the control group,P〈0.05;the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was similar to that of the reference group,P〉0.05.Conclusion：Irinotecan and cisplatin combined with chemotherapy has good efficacy in local advanced cervical cancer with high safety,which can be promoted.
