摘  要:运用柯布-道格拉斯函数和多重线性回归模型构建了高等教育投入与经济发展的系统动力学模型。对不同教育投入方案的动态模拟,结果表明教育投入不仅仅是消费性投入,也是生产性投入。劳动力市场中高等教育者1%的增量,将对GDP做出约0.138%的贡献,同时教育投入保持年0.3%左右的增量,可对"新常态"下的经济起到稳定作用,其中也要努力提高高等教育的质量产出。教育、生产和经济增长的良性循环有利于我国经济的"软着陆"。It built a system dynamics model about higher education investment and economic growth using the Cobb -Douglas function and the multiple linear regression. The model shows that education investment is ol not only the consumption investment but also the production investment by comparing different policy options with dynamic simu-lation. The 1% increasing of higher educator in labor market will contribute 1. 38 % increasing of GDP. At the same time ,0.3% increasing of education investment can contribute to the stability of economy in China, s now nor-mal. After all, quality output of higher education should be increased accordingly. The virtuous circle between edu-cation ,production and economic growth will be conducive to soft landing of China’ s economy.
