摘　　要："胸痹"之病,虽病位在心,但与脾胃密切相关。脾胃运化失常是本,痰浊血瘀为标。心与脾胃在经络、五行、功能上均具有紧密联系。诸多名医大家运用调脾护心法治疗胸痹心痛病,可有效减少胸痹的发作,缓解和改善患者临床症状,具有较高的临床应用价值。Although “chest obstruction”location in the heart,it is closely related to the spleen and stomach. The disorder of the spleen and stomach is the essence, and phlegm and blood stasis is the standard. The heart and the spleen and stomach are closely linked in the meridians,five elements,functions. Many Chinese doctors all by regulating the spleen and protecting the heart treatment of chest obstruc-tion, can effectively reduce the chest pain onset,alleviate and improve the symptoms of patients, with a high clinical value.
