高等中医药成人在线教育体系构建的机遇与对策研究

摘　　要：在我国供给侧结构性改革这一大的政策背景下,将高等中医药教育传统优势资源转化成数字化的网络教育服务资源,开启构建中医药成人在线教育体系、开办网络学院等新型教育服务供给方式的改革创新之路,是当前中医药教育供给侧结构性改革的一项重要任务。本文分析了当前构建高等中医药成人在线教育体系所面临的机遇,并结合工作实践,提出了构建高等中医药成人在线教育体系过程中必须重点布局的几个关键环节,重点探讨了加强人才队伍建设、教学资源建设和办学模式创新等工作思路。Under the big policy background of the supply side structural reform in our country , transforming the traditional superiority resources of TCM education into digital network educational service resources, opening the way for the reform and innovation of new ed-ucational services, such as the online education system for adult Chinese medicine and the establishment of network Colleges,these are the important task of structural reform of the supply side of Chinese medicine education at present. This paper analyzed the opportuni-ties of current construction of TCM higher adult online education system. Combined with practical work, we put forward several key points focus on the layout of the building system of higher TCM adult online education, focusing on strengthening the construction of tal-ent team, the construction of teaching resources and mode innovation ideas.
