摘　　要：加强临床实践能力培养,一直是中医骨伤学学生培养的关键。为了寻求一个有利于提升中医骨伤学学生临床实践能力的有效举措,广州中医药大学第三临床医学院及广州中医药大学附属骨伤科医院积极研究教学改革,探索出一套中医骨伤技能训练新模式。通过建立中医骨伤临床技能实训基地和构建中医骨伤网络平台,形成基于多维立体化教学实训平台培养中医骨伤人才的模式,有效地提高了学生的实际动手能力,并为中医骨伤人才培养提供了有益的思路。It＇s important for the training of the orthopedic medical students of traditional Chinese medicine to enhance the ability of clinical practice. In order to seek an effective measure that can improve the students ＇ performance level of clinical practice skills, the Third Clinical Medicine College of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and Orthopaedic Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou U-niversity of Chinese Medicine actively studied the reform of teaching, and then explored a new multi-dimensional clinical skill training mode by establishing the orthopaedic clinical skill training base and network platform. It effectively improved the students＇ prac-tical ability, and provided an idea for the nurturing of the orthopedist of TCM.
