摘　　要：实习教学是能源与动力工程专业教学的重要环节,目前实习教学存在实习地点和内容单一,指导教师队伍理论强、实践弱,考核形式有待改善等诸多问题。高校应拓展、优选实习场所,加强师资队伍培养,构建合理考核评价体系,以培养学生创新精神和工程实践能力。Practice teaching is an important link in the teaching of energy and power engineering. At present, there are many problems such as limited practice place and content, strong instructor team theory with weak practice, the examination form to be improved and so on. Schools should add and optimize the practice sites, strengthen the training of teachers, build a reasonable assessment and evaluation system to cultivate students＇ innovative spirit and engineering practice ability.
