地方财经院校资产评估专业建设的瓶颈思考

摘　　要：资产评估专业的发展成长算是嫩稚的,起步晚、发展慢,自然会暴露出很多不足和问题,而且开设资产评估专业的院校也是水平参差不齐,因此对资产评估专业的科学建设、合理规划显得很有必要。本文有针对性地选择地方财经院校新设资产评估专业存在的瓶颈问题,尝试性与同行探讨、商榷。The major of assets appraisal is still in its infancy because of a late beginning and a slow development, and thus some problems would be revealed. Therefore, a scientific construction and a reasonable planning are of necessity. The paper, based on some bottleneck problems in local colleges and universities of finance and economics met in assets appraisal program construction, is trying to make a discussion.
