摘　　要：通过分析现场实际需求结合漏钢预报系统数据的特点,开发了基于漏钢预报热电偶数据的回放和分析程序,不仅可以方便地分析漏钢预报系统的历史数据,有助于分析异常降速的原因,更可以对铸坯在结晶器内的冷却行为、保护渣的效果评价等多项连铸重要工艺参数和行为进行较为全面的分析,成为技术人员又一个监控和分析连铸工艺控制过程的工具。After investigation on the data file generated by the mould monitoring system（MMS） andwith the consideration of requirement from production site,a playback and analyzing program has been developed based on reading and processing data from MMS,which facilitates the investigation of historical dataand helps the analysis of abnormal slowdown procedure.Furthermore,it makes it possible to comprehensively diagnose the cooling behavior of the strand shell in the mould andevaluate casting powder etc.,and finally it gives technicians a new monitoring and analyzing tool for casting process control.
