摘　　要：目的:探索一种安全、舒适、微创的上颌窦底内提升方法。方法:对采用CAS-KIT联合上颌窦冲顶在上颌窦底内提升中的临床病例进行回顾性分析。结果:18例共27枚种植牙均成功提升,并同期植入种植牙,无1例出现上颌窦穿孔。结论:CAS-KIT联合上颌窦冲顶在上颌窦底内提升中具有较好的优越性,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore a safe, comfortable and minimal invasive method ol maxillary sinus floor augmentation. Methods： To analyze retrospectively the clinical cases that employed CAS-KIT and maxillary sinus elevation technique in sinus floor augmentation. Results： In 18 cases, 27 implanted teeth were successfully augmented and implanted in the meantime. No maxillary sinus perforation oc- curred. Conclusion： There are more advantages by adopting CAS-KIT and maxillary sinus elevation technique for sinus floor augmentation. Therefore, they are worth promoting and putting into use.
