摘 要:基于某1.6 L自然吸气汽油机平台,采用正向开发研究方法,结合理论分析与工程仿真,对进气、燃烧等关键系统进行优化设计,完成1.4 L新机型开发及试验研究,实现发动机系列化拓展。新开发的1.4 L汽油机升功率达到53 kW/L,升扭矩97 Nm/L,动力性达到1.5 L发动机水平,搭载A0级轿车仿真分析,满足3阶段乘用车燃油消耗量限值标准。Use forward design methods which combines with theory analysis and simulation, based on a 1.6 L natural aspiration gasoline engine the 1.4 L new engine isdeveloped after the key systems such as inlet and combustion are optimized, and product seriation is achieved. The power and torque of per lltredisplaeement in newly developed 1.4 L engine is respective 53 kW/L and 97Nm/L, and it is better than old 1.6 L engine and reached the level of 1.5 L engine. Simulated results show that the vehicleequipped with A0 class carcan meet the stage 3 of Limits of Fuel Consumption for Passenger Car.
