乳腺癌中β-catenin蛋白表达及细胞内定位与意义

摘　　要：目的分析β-连接素(β-catenin)蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其细胞内定位情况。方法以乳腺癌组织147例和癌旁正常组织15例为研究对象,采用IHC测定β-catenin蛋白的表达情况。结果 147例样本中β-catenin蛋白异常表达样本共有121例(异常表达率82.3%),其中包括细胞浆异常表达53例,细胞膜异常表达68例。β-catenin蛋白在有淋巴转移以及临床分期II期、III期的乳腺癌组织中的异常表达率明显偏高(P<0.05);其中,存在淋巴转移和临床分期Ⅲ期的乳腺组织胞浆异常表达比率均明显高于胞膜的异常表达。结论β-catenin蛋白能够促进乳腺淋巴转移、乳腺癌细胞的浸润与侵袭以及肿瘤的发生。To analyze the expression of β-catenin protein in breast cancer tissues and its intracellular positioning situation. [Methods] Totally 147 cases of breast cancer and 15 cases of adjacent normal tissues were included as the research object in this study, and the expression of β-catenin protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. [Result] There were 121 cases of abnormal expression of β-catenin protein in the samples of the 147 cases （abnormal expression rate of 82.3%）, including 53 cases of abnormal expression of cytoplasm and 68 cases of abnormal expression of cell membrane. The abnormal expression rates of β-catenin protein in breast cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage II and III were significantly higher （P 〈0.05）; in the breast tissue with the lymph node metastasis and clinical stage III, the abnormal expression rate of β-catenin in cytoplasm was significantly higher than that in cell membrane.
